Thanks Kim!

yeah, i make sure i have a protein shake after every workout. i've converted over to a Soy Protein mix with Spirulina (seems to have a bunch of vitamins that I probably wouldn't get anywhere else). So far its a bit chalky if i use my normal shaker, but I've been using the blender alot lately, and that seems to blend it a bit better.

Yes, Peanut butter is ok (I think Raw peanut butter is probably the best way to go, but we'll see how long it'll take me to get used to that).

I'll be sure to make it to TD again soon to hang out =). And yes, some cookies are vegan. I've found some vegan blueberry muffins at whole foods the other day, and they were....Awesome!

Go Ziggity! You know what they say... drink milk after working out cause of all the protein! But since you can't drink milk (or don't prefer it), remember to protein up. Can you eat a spoonful or peanut butter?

I also agree about temptation. I give up items for Lent (mostly foods for me) and it's not a big deal. It's more of the necessity to keep your strength up. I think once you find your comfort level, it'll be fine.

I watched on Top Chef once where they had to serve a celebrity vegan, they could make fulfilling meals. Whatever kale is, everyone seemed to love that.

You're still welcome to TD anytime. And cookies are vegan! right? And remember: stressed spelled backwards is desserts =) once you look back at it, it was just a piece of cake!

I noticed that too. I would write a review, and look on the page a few days after -- nothing. But another review of mine written on the same day is already posted. Do they proofread what they want to post? I get that it's shady, but I'm unsure why they do that.

I have no self-consciousness issues in commenting whenever/where ever. Firstly, the post has to interest me enough for me to have a say - negative/positive - doesn’t matter.

Good snippet. Would be a bit more useful with variables instead of static values.

Also your double quotes are copying as italic double quotes and your comment closing tag has an extra space which is breaking it :)

LOL! I would consider myself a feminine coder (if I was still programming). I probably would think twice about sporting a pink laptop, but not the trendy glasses! =)
